  • I am allowed to lay down the heavy and pick up the happy. Just let the heaviness of the week stay where it is and try taking in the new happy version of yourself.

  • I trust that even small steps will still get me somewhere beautiful. Sometimes we tend to think that we are stuck and not growing at all. Those are the times when you believe that even though you cannot see it, you are still growing.

  • I don’t have to be everything for everyone today, I just have to be real with myself. As humans in this society, we have many roles to play and sometimes you might feel that you are not perfect in one aspect, or one phase of your relationship might not look good. But still you cannot stop being what you are.

  • Joy isn’t something to chase, it’s something to let in. Many a times, I have got sessions where suffering was because there was a lack of happiness. Lack of happiness was due to lack of activities to do in life. How we escaped this together is with a practice of learning of being happy even when staying idle.

  • Whatever I didn’t finish this week can wait. My peace cannot. Most of us feel incomplete when work or any task planned for a week is not accomplished. But what we got to understand is that if you either finish the pending work or you forget about it, because if you know you cannot do it, and you still ponder over it, you are missing your time doing nothing.

  • Resting isn’t quitting. It’s charging up for my next level. Ever felt guilty of simply resting a day doing nothing? Instead of feeling disgusted of this fact, you should use this time well to calm your body and nerves of the tremendous pressure you made it go through.

  • Today, I choose connection over perfection. (Even if the only connection currently is just you and your couch.) If your day feels like you are not doing enough, just embrace all the good connections around you. And if you think there’s none, for once look around people you know and connect with, not whether they are perfect or not.

  • Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be deeply good. No matter how much you try you might find a problem in one or the other aspect of your life. Maybe you’re doing well financially but not emotionally, or you might have a great partner but not a lavish lifestyle to enjoy. But at the end, you have to make yourself believe that life is good and does not have to be perfect.

  • I’m not behind, I’m just building a story that doesn’t need to be rushed. There is no point in comparing your journey with someone else. At your given age you might be in chapter 20 of your life, and maybe at the same age another person is in chapter 80 of their life. So there is just no point of comparing yourself with another one. So just know that you are not behind. You are simply building a life that is growing patiently.

  • I am growing into someone even I want to high-five. You meet so many people in a day and see good bad in them, compliment them when you see good in them. Then why skip yourself. That’s why everyday Friday it is important to sit and track on what you are becoming. And be readily happy about it.

  • Today’s goal: Feel good, not just look busy. More than 30% out there wish weekends do not arrive. Not that they love working, but they do not know what to do out of their daily routine. They do not find being busy a problem because they are clueless of what to do in their spare time.

  • I am unstoppable… once I finish this snack. Most of the time starting something new feels burdensome and so many of us do not proceed for this same reason. So every friday you can set a weekend routine and to start that routine, you can promise yourself when to start it. Maybe after this episode, snack, talk, chapter, anything.

  • Today’s checklist: Breathe. Laugh. Exist. Repeat. The burden of the week is done. And instead of the satisfactory side, we tend to look into things that do not feel complete and this sends us into the thought pattern of not doing enough. But for once, it is time to set everything aside and just focus on the moment. Just breathe, laugh, be happy that you exist, repeat.

  • Not everything requires my urgency. Some things require my patience. When you have a trouble in front of you, you tend to work hard, collect everything, to just address the trouble. But maybe, for once, it does not require your urgent attention but their own space to sort themselves, and if you be patient until then, it unfurls smoothly all by itself, without your intervention.

  • I don’t have to explain my evolution to anyone who’s not growing too. You have to know that everyone is living their life, growing their way, and paving their path, and it has got nothing to do with you. So instead of comparing, focus on your process.
